Our Mission Statement is to provide a happy, stimulating and secure environment, which follows the Every Child Matters Outcomes, and the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child to ensure that our children are healthy, safe, enjoy and achieve whilst supporting emotional well-being.
All this provides the highest standard of care & education for all children.
Our Ethos is that ‘Every Child Matters’ and their early experiences lead to their development in ways that affect their future life chances.
Furthermore, Parents are the most important support for children’s development and to support early learning in our setting, we must work in close partnership with our children's parents and carers. This helps us to support the children’s well-being and this is important as it affects how children learn. Children learn best when they feel secure, relaxed, happy and confident, whilst enjoying and being thoroughly engrossed in what they are doing.
We promote British Values-Democracy, Rule of Law, Individual Liberty and Mutual Tolerance and Respect of those with different faiths and beliefs and these are embedded into our diverse curriculum and teaching practice and ensures that the children learn acceptance and respect for all cultures, faiths and lifestyles.
